Apartment building 652 was built in 2003, building 658 was built in 2006,
building 646 and 650 were built in 2016 . All buildings are two-story design,
garden style apartment buildings ranging in size from 3,000 to 3,840 (+/-)
square feet per building.
Building foundations are solid concrete walls of Blue Maxx or Nudura construc-
tion to a height of 9' being 1' in thickness described as 6" of poured concrete
and 3" of insulation on each side of the concrete; a 4" poured concrete slab;
and 8" footers or anchors being 2' wide. The building construction is concrete
with the upper level being wood frame with 2x6 framing covered with shingles
along with aluminium soffit and fascia. Exterior walls are stucco at ground level
with upper level being vinyl siding.
